APSI Lands New US Courthouse in the Lone Star State

APSI has been successful in landing the construction management contract for the new Austin US Courthouse. This is APSI’s first opportunity to work with GSA Region 7. The new courthouse is a signature project with a construction value of $106 million and funding through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. It also is a GSA Design Excellence Program project and has a goal of achieving LEED Silver. Construction begins in September 2009 with a 36-month duration.
