APSI Selected for GSA Energy Upgrades

APSI has been selected by the US General Services Administration, Region 9, for construction management of multiple energy upgrade projects in Southern California and Reno, NV. The work includes new lighting, new photovoltaic systems, controls replacements, plumbing upgrades, HVAC upgrades, and roof repairs at 5 federal buildings - Roybal Federal Building, 312 N. Spring Street, Chambers US Courthouse, and Chet Holifield Federal Building in Southern California, and the B.R. Thompson Federal Building & US Courthouse in Reno. Projects are funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009. Work began in March 2010 and continues to March 2011.
