New Contract for Construction of FBI Facilities

APSI has been awarded a new contract by GSA Region 9 to support the Real Estate group, which includes the current expansion of seven FBI facilities in California, Arizona and Hawaii. As part of this effort we have acquired 10 new employees to manage the construction and administrative support responsibilities at each location. The new contract is for two years with an additional option year based on performance. Major projects include the $150 million San Diego FBI Headquarters facility, which completes construction in 2013, and the $155 million Phoenix FBI Headquarters facility, which completed construction in 2012.
