Robert H. Doss, PE Joins APSI

APSI welcomes Robert H. Doss, PE to join its team of capable project leaders. Bob brings a diverse background working on the Owner’s side including six years with Caltrans and a four year term with the City of Stanton as their Public Works Director. In over 35 years of experience, Bob has overseen roads, bridges, sanitation/water upgrades and facility projects. In his new role with APSI, he is tasked with further developing our infrastructure group.
