Santa Ana Federal Building Wins TOBY Award

The Santa Ana Federal Building Seismic Upgrade and Modernization project for the US General Services Adminstration, Region 9, received the 2010 TOBY Award (The Outstanding Building of the Year) in the Renovated Category. The award is sponsored by BOMA (Building Owners and Managers Association). APSI provided on-site project construction management for the $26 million design/build project.
The judges stated that the project captured the TOBY mission statement of “Recognizing excellence in building management, operational efficiency, tenant retention, emergency planning and community impact.” It now advances to the international TOBY Awards competition.
