Washington DC Area - Project/Construction Managers

APSI is looking to add Project/Construction Managers to our Washington D.C. office for work on local federal facilities.  The individuals should have 10+ years experience and the ability to handle large complex assignments. These positions are full-time and include a solid benefits package.

Qualifications include the following:
• Minimum of a 4-year degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related field
• Ability to obtain a security clearance is required
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Site experience and knowledge of construction practices

Additional licenses/certifications or experience that would be beneficial:
• Registered Engineer or Architect
• Management of LEED certified projects
• Management of renovations to historic facilities
• LEED AP
• CCM
• Strong knowledge and experience in CPM scheduling
